Performing artists often find themselves unsure or anxious about their abilities. Issues of self-criticism, performance anxiety, coping with physical injury, self-defeating behavior and perfectionism are areas which prevent one from reaching their full potential.
Counseling helps to:
Unlock resistance to personal growth and development
Reduce stress and anxiety more effectively
Prevent emotional blocks to obtaining goals and achieving success
Resolve ambivalence which inhibits a full and balanced life.
